All purchases of "Q-Coins" are final and non-refundable. Because Q-Coins are immediately credited to your account and grant access to compute-heavy AI processing, we cannot reverse transactions.

2. Testing the Platform

We offer a highly discounted "Test Drive" bundle (₹99 for 3 Q-Coins). We highly recommend purchasing this introductory bundle if you wish to evaluate our platform before committing to larger top-ups.

3. Account Errors

If you experience a severe technical glitch where you were charged but did not receive your Q-Coins, please email us directly at support@quantumtools.in with your transaction ID so we can manually credit your account.
